We'll see if P80 resumes selling the original frames or continues selling the 76% frames that look like they are a pain in the ass. Kharn

2020年12月14日 · The ATF isn't going after 80% lowers (yet). The ATF is going after "complete pistols " being sold involving a p80 frame.

2020年12月11日 · Had ATF at my house approximately 1pm yesterday telling me I need to surrender my P80 or he would return to raid my house with a warrant. Enclosed is my surrender sheet for proof. If anyone purchased a “Buy, Build, Shoot” kit from them they will probably be hearing from the ATF as well."

2023年12月2日 · Last Aug ATF said trigger pocket can't be ready to go on an 80%. So P80 put out 17 & 19 bridge frames in the interim. Front locking block hole is not there and needs a separate jig since P80 couldn't be bothered to add it to the existing jig design. And trigger housing area has a bunch of cross members.

2021年7月19日 · Unlikely things happen, including visits from the ATF. Guys have been visited by the ATF for buying oil filters. Guys have been visited who bought BBS kits. Call me paranoid, but I think it is likely that the ATF/Feds are tracking P80 sales from all online vendors by tracking credit card purchases.

2022年9月24日 · I own a lot of p80 lowers that are unserialized an untouched that I was gonna build out but after building a couple I realized I don’t need all the extra unfinished ones anymore. So can I just sell them on gunbroker or reddit without the ATF trying to kill me because im selling a piece of plastic.

Thanks everyone that commented and everyone that thinks im ATF agent im not just new too the gun community started with knives and December of last year i got my first gun which was a ar15.

2020年12月12日 · All of the parts in the P80 kits are legal, the frame is not completed, it is not a firearm. What they are doing is simply not tolerable, make sure they know it. You could be saving an innocent person or an ATF agents life by doing so.
