Pennsylvania Route 164 (PA 164) is a 36-mile-long (58 km) state highway located in Cambria, Blair, and Bedford counties in Pennsylvania. The western terminus is at an interchange with U.S. Route 22 (US 22) in Munster Township .

This Project is the Intersection Improvements at the Intersection of Pa 36/pa 164 and on Pa 36/sr 2006 (Cove Lane Road) in Roaring Spring Borough and Taylor Township, Blair County. All Legs of the Approach to the Intersection Will Be Milled and Overlaid.

PA 164 turns southeast and begins to ascend forested Tussey Mountain, curving northeast. At the summit of the mountain, the route heads into Liberty Township in Bedford County and becomes Cove Mountain Road, turning south to descend the mountain.

2021年4月5日 · Work will start to realign the intersection of Route 164 and Caldwell Avenue. A detour will be placed to move Caldwell Avenue traffic onto Mountain Avenue. This one-block detour will be in effect for approximately two months. Both lanes of Route 164 will remain open.
