
Air PBR 106.261: Facilities (Emission Limitations)
As of April 1, 2021, the 106.261 and 106.262 workbook are required to be submitted with all Section 106.261 and Section 106.262 registrations. Applications received on or after March 1, 2023 must use Version 4.0 or 4.1.

If you do not meet all the requirements, you may alter the project design or operation in such a way that all the requirements of the PBR are met or you may obtain a construction permit.
