2007年6月20日 · 1998 AHU Jetta. I recently acquired a PD 150 intake manifold and an ALH race pipe from Peter at TDI parts. Note I sawed a stock manifold in two. I will post photos of the flow restriction shortly. Installation: fitment is a stock drop in with the EGR Deleted. I did not attempt installation with EGR installed.

We also do a downpipe for the VW Golf 4Motion, Audi A3 Quattro, Skoda Octavia 4x4 and the Seat Leon 4x4. The kit will also fit the Mk2 and Mk3 Golf Platform Vehicles with a modified rear engine mount. The manifold will work with the PD150/PD130/PD105 Turbo Inlet Pipe (TIP) along with a PD150/PD130/PD105 Intake Manifold.

2020年1月11日 · I wanted to upgrade the turbo on my Audi A3 1.9tdi bkc 105hp to a pd150 turbo . I am aware the pd100 used a vband downpipe whether the gt1479vb has a flange . As of right now id rather not spend more money on a downpipe. So I thought maybe I could buy fran adapter from the pd150 flange from the turbo to the pd100 downpipe and mount it together.

2019年4月17日 · Mechanical differences between the two are the water cooled egr, coolant heater plugs by the tandem pump and the block casting on the early arl lumps has a reinforcement web. The injectors are the same but the turbos are different. What? Change cams, done. Could I just swap the head in that instance? As above, change the cam far less work.

2010年4月27日 · For 200 bhp + all you need is a hybrid turbo and a good remap. Your car has a very good FMIC as standard so no need to change it unless you are going to aim for 300ish bhp.
