What is NIPR’s Producer Database (PDB)? The Producer Database (PDB) is a central repository of producer licensing information updated on a timely basis by participating state insurance departments. All 50 states, District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands supply information to the PDB.

Any individual or business entity producer that has an active resident license on the Producer Database (PDB) may access Reporting of Actions. How can I access Reporting of Actions? Go to the NIPR website (www.NIPR.com) and click on the Reporting of Actions link located under Attachments Warehouse header on the left side of the page.

The information displayed in the Producer Database (PDB) comes directly from the participating state insurance departments. For data in the PDB to be changed, it must be sent to NIPR by a participating state insurance department.
