2023年9月25日 · The annual Mini Transat kicked off on September 25, 2023. Quantum Sails partner, Peter Gibbons-Neff, Jr. of PGN Ocean Racing set sail as the only American amongst 90 sailors. The Mini Transat is a unique, single handed offshore race, beginning annually in Les Sables d'Olonne, France.
