Steven Pimling is a minor character in the episodes "Desmond's Big Day Out" and "Enchanted Forest". He is the father of Pim. Steven is a pink, obese critter with patches of body hair on his arms and feet and stubble covering his face. He has several hairs unevenly growing out of his head and the back of his neck.

It's been shown in that episode that Pim's father typically has yelling arguments with Pim's mother. He would later get a job at Smiling Friends Inc. and develop friendships with his fellow employees. Charlie is Pim's best friend and workmate at Smiling Friends Inc.

"Did you kiss your dad in the mouth?" There are a number of potential theories here. Regardless of which one is true, this just shows how deep the Pim lore goes.

Imagine an episode like this - after the Desmond event, Pim ponders if he’s a true smiling friend if he can’t even make his own family smile, so he sets up motivation to make his family smile. He vents to Charlie about this who blows it off as family just being family, and doesn’t really wanna get involved in family matters.
