"Unrestricted" PLR almost always means you can sell, giveaway, give as bonus, etc. Also usually means there is no limit on how many of those "unrestricted PLR" products are sold by the PLR site/seller.

You can take your PLR eBook and break it into articles and PLR articles and build it into eBooks – each page being a chapter or section. May 15, 2011 · The difference between PLR and MMR is PLR you can do whatever you want with it, adjust it in any way, put your name as authur on etc. With MRR you have to keep the product in tact. So if you sell 100 PLR the purchaser can change the affiliate links within the product to their own, they can claim they are the authur etc.

I think expressing views different from admins can be very constructive when it is not taken defensively as criticism but rather as a look at an issue through another set of eyes.
