Back on FSX, I had both the Aerosoft Airbus X and the PMDG 737, but I found myself mostly flying the 320, although there were the occasional 737 flights.

2023年2月2日 · PMDG is easier on FPS, has all variants, more in-depth FS2Crew. It lacks EFB and Simbrief integration that Fenix perfectly crafted. With that being said, there is no clear winner for me.

As for type of flights, the CRJ is typically a “regional” airliner, 1-3 hour flights while the 737 and A320 have a longer range. As also mentioned, the CRJ cockpit workload is a bit heavier as there is no auto throttle but nothing that can’t be managed.

The FlyByWire A320 is very similar to the Fenix A320 in terms of how the systems work, so you should be able to just hop in the Fenix A320 and fly it just fine. The 737 does work very differently and you'll have to learn a bunch of new things, but once you've got the hang of it, it's no more difficult to fly than either the Fenix or FBW A320.

2024年12月14日 · I have extensive experience with the PMDG 737 (13 years) but I have decided to try Fenix A320. The aircraft looks nice and handles just as good as the PMDG. However, I am having a hard time programming my flight plans on the computer management computer.

The a320 is well thought out and great to work with irl. I prefer the hodgepodge of old-school elbow grease flying the 737 offers. PMDG’s 737 feels like it was made precisely for MSFS, while’s FBW and Fenix feel like it’s pushing the simulation’s architecture to its limits, even at 30 fps +.
