2009年1月10日 · Captains-I have just made live the PMDG MD-11 v1.10.0051 for BOTH FSX and FS2004!This update brings both the FSX and FS9 versions to parity, includes a significant number of updates for the FSX version, and slightly more than a dozen for the FS9 version.

2019年1月12日 · This beautiful shot is perhaps the only reason why I still have FSX-SE around and with only the PMDG MD-11 in it. This bird is amazing which makes you forget about the FSX autogen pop-up annoyance etc and enjoy the beautiful sky and cargo run. I am glad I bought the Box MD-11 version which works just fine.

2022年5月5日 · When you've got the MD-11 installed in FSX-SE you need to edit the names of the air files so the file extension is capitalised, e.g. MD-11.AIR. This means making file extensions visible if you don't already have that done. Doing this enables the MD-11 load manager to detect that the MD-11 is loaded and update fuel and payload with the sim running.

Once stabilised on the approach I usually as Peter suggested manually set the approach speed via the A/T and control the descent pitch down the glideslope as per the FD cross-hairs.
