Pocono Mountain School District To Prepare All Students for Tomorrow’s Challenges and Opportunities

Pocono Mountain School District, often abbreviated PMSD for short, is a large, rural public school district located in Monroe County in Northeastern Pennsylvania. As of the 2022–23 school year, the district had an enrollment of 8,003 students in its schools, according to National Center for Education Statistics data.

PMSD Flexible Instructional Day Guidelines for 2024-25. During the 2024-25 School Year, Pocono Mountain School District may utilize Flexible Instructional Days (FID), which may be used in place of a school day in inclement weather or during another emergency.
