The Philippine National Bank (PNB, Filipino: Bangko Nasyonal ng Pilipinas; [3] Spanish: Banco Nacional Filipino; [4] Hokkien Chinese: 菲律賓國家銀行; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Hui-li̍p-pin Kok-ka Gûn-hâng) is a major Filipino bank based in Pasay in the Philippines. It was established by the Philippine government on July 22, 1916, during the American Era.

PNB owns 51% of Druk PNB Bank, which has branches in Thimphu, Phuntsholing, and Wangdue. Local investors own the remaining shares. Then on 1 May, PNB opened its branch in Dubai's financial center. PNB purchased a small minority stake in Kazakhstan-based JSC Danabank established on 20 October 1992 in Pavlodar.

Casuela as President effective April 25, 2023. The election was held during an organizational meeting following the bank’s annual stockholders’ meeting held on April 25.
