2025年2月2日 · State-owned Philippine National Oil Co. is planning a liquefied natural gas integrated facility in Batangas by 2020. PNOC said it has so far received interest from 26 companies for a possible partnership in the LNG project, including Osaka Gas, Shell, First Gen and China Petroleum Corp. (Sinopec).
