CP 3 P (Certified Public-Private Partnerships Professional) is the definitive credential for PPP professionals. A digital badge is available for candidates who have passed all three exams.

It has been designed to create a consistency of terms used in PPPs and to standardize the process for the delivery of PPP projects worldwide. Authored by a team of international experts, the PPP Certification Program Guide is at the core of the Certification Program.

Badge holders have passed a multiple choice exam, scoring a minimum of 25 out of 50 (50%). The exam is a closed-book exam lasting 40 minutes. Credly is a global Open Badge platform that closes the gap between skills and opportunities.

Our digital badges give you immediate global recognition for your proficiency in PPPs. The Certified Public-private Partnerships Professional (CP 3 P) credential is awarded to those who pass all three PPP Certification Program exams.

Candidates that pass the examination (s) will be issued with a certificate confirming their achievement and a digital badge. Candidates who pass the exam (s) can also choose to have their name included on the Successful Candidate Register. The Foundation certification is also a pre-requisite for the two Practitioner certifications.

The badge holder has shown an understanding of how to apply and tailor the established procedures, roles and institutional responsibilities that determine how the government selects, implements and manages PPP projects, as outlined in the PPP Guide. Badge holders have passed a complex multiple choice exam, scoring a minimum of 40 out of 80 (50%).

APMG Certified Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Professional (CP3P) credential badge holders have previously passed the Execution level exam. Credly is a global Open Badge platform that closes the gap between skills and opportunities.
