2011年8月23日 · look under your passenger kick panel toward the door and read the code on the ECU. if it is P75 and you have a PR3-1 head (USDM B16a2) then there is nothing to be concerned about.

2008年10月7日 · Do the casting numbers on B18 heads have a significant meaning, for example the PR4 found on some. And if so are there some numbers to look for that designate a better head than others? Any info would be helpful. Better port design. ITR also has port work. Obviously a VTEC head. VTEC, quench areas and smaller combustion chamber.

2009年12月4日 · As you can see the P72 head takes a more direct downward port path witch in turn is larger. The PR3 is more sticking with the conventionl "S" flow path through intake manifold to port and then cylinder. But in turn looks smaller in size.

2005年12月22日 · correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the pr-3 head the b16 and type-r head and the parts are interchangable? i think so. you should go with the type-r internals as they are a little more aggresive (i think, again correct me) but it really sounds like you should do some more research, because i know very little and still have a better grasp than you...

2007年12月7日 · i think both of them are the same beside year, cams, intake manifold… but if u can get a hold of a pnp head go for it would be better then a stock p75 head… i decided to go with the p75 head, it has a port and polish job as well, plus comes with p75 intake manifold and throttle body, comes from a 1997 integra.

2005年5月15日 · What are the differences in the older LS PR4 cams vs. the newer P75 cams? I bought an '01 B20Z and while changing the timing belt I got to looking at the camshafts. They had P75 stamped on them. When I looked for the same stamping on my old LS PR4 cams there was NO STAMP what-so-ever? This lead to further examination of the lobes.

I opened the valve cover and the internals look way different. the valve springs on the jdm dont look as thick. does anyone know the difference? I have a supercharger for it and am tryn to figure out if I should switch out cams or wat??
