KTM I think PRR M1 project - O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum
2024年7月15日 · Recently while searching for cool stuff like old doorstops, I ended up with this derelict KTM PRR M1. It's got a lot of issues, missing pilot and tender etc. That said, it seems straight and more or less original from a gearbox and permag motor point of view. no binding anywhere so that's dandy as well. Anyone know if the PSC std PRR pilot will fit this beast?

The PRR M1 is my favorite Pennsy steam engine and I've always wanted one. Inspired by both seeing the surviving M1b 6755 at Strasburg and fellow forum member Scott R's work I recently obtained an MTH Railking M1a from eBay for under $150. The engine for some unknown reason had it's PS3 boards and most of it's lights removed but runs like a champ in conventional with a lighted headlight, and ...

Fellas, I have a MG PRR M1 and a USH PRR M1a that I double-head to pull my 30 car (Atlas) coal train on my club layout which for now is straight DC. Several years ago, I re-motored both using Pittman 9234 BB motors. Recently while pulling my coal drag, the MG model started to run intermittently causing me to think that a tender wheel cleaning was in …

MTH Catalog now online - O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum
I'm only getting partial pages loaded. From what little I saw, I'm happy that there continues to be a number of Railking Imperial steam offerings (NKP 765, NYC Berks, Camelbacks, N&W J, SP Cab-fwd). However after purchasing the recent RK Imperial PRR M1 I'm hesitant to pre-order. I was disappointed that the Mountain's class lights were still …
The steam period closing down - O Gauge Railroading On Line …
The M1 4-8-2 was a passenger locomotive on the PRR, but only in those areas needing more than a Pacific. There were both M1 and M1a types dedicated to this service, but after the war, those distinctions melted away with the flood of changes swamping the Penn.
