2015年6月2日 · Ford will notify owners, and dealers will check the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). If dealers find any loss of steering assist DTCs, the steering gear will be replaced, free of charge. If, no codes are found during the PSCM inspection, the PSCM software will be updated, free of charge.

If a vehicle shows a history of a loss of motor position sensor signal when the vehicle is brought in for the recall remedy, its steering rack assembly will be replaced, free of charge.

2024年2月14日 · I replaced my faulty rack in a 2015 Ford Escape base model with a wrecking yard 2016 rack. The Motorcraft site doesn't have the PSCM as built data. The info I get from Forscan is 730-01-01-0D46 which I believe is the replacement rack from the 2016. (Forscan newbie here..) I need to program the replacement rack with the 2015 data.
