However Teams still shows me to be in PST. It appears this fix will require something other than the norm. Any other suggestions to get it to sync correctly to Teams?

I even managed to import my contacts list from my old computer via a backup.pst file. Unfortunately I moved this .pst file from my C drive to my D drive. Since that point Outlook won't launch properly. It tries to look for the backup.pst file.
