The Self-Service Console is a way to manage your RSA token and PIN, which are used for logging into secure OMH applications such as PSYCKES. Use the console to: Setup security questions – All users should do this so you can reset your own PIN if need be. Reset your PIN if you are getting an authentication error.

What Client Information is in PSYCKES? All services displayed in graphic form to allow ready identification of utilization patterns, including medication adherence and outpatient, inpatient and ER services. Toolkit is available by request and will be posted to PSYCKES website soon!
