外周t细胞淋巴瘤 （ptcl）是一种起源于胸腺后成熟t/nk细胞的恶性肿瘤，临床表现为淋巴结肿大或结外受累。据2022年who分类标准，ptcl包含39种亚型，其中仅有少数为惰性病程，多数呈侵袭性病程。ptcl是非霍奇金淋巴瘤中生存率最低的一类，在男性和老年人中高发。
