2025年2月10日 · RSM regularly acquires smaller financial firms and doesn't standardize processes, procedures, tools, or technology. Turnover is a concern. Pay could be better but isn't terrible. Benefits include 401k w/ matching, HSA, vision, dental, unlimited PTO and the firm is closed the last week of the year giving employees bonus PTO.

You get 12 hours of pto per month. The sick days and pto come from the same bucket. So 18 days from pto, you get holidays off, and you get a floating holiday on any day you choose. You can work extra shifts and flex that time so you can take whatever day you need off.
