The PTR would be an easier transferable sear host since it has a full auto carrier due to the shelf setup, but the Century would be easier if you just wanna accessorize the gun.

2022年10月18日 · I'd recommend the AP5 over the PTR personally, but that's because I prefer the look without the welded picatinny rail. From my experience and the experiences I've seen others have, either one should be just fine.

I think the better comparison would be the sp5 being a performance pack mustang and the ap5 being a regular spec mustang. You can get the higher model or you can get the base model and upgrade from there.

Some observations: 1) Tri lug better on MKE, out of spec and not fully functional on the PTR (but the threads are and work). 2) Fit and finish significantly better on the PTR, including small details like the knurling on the barrel thread protector.
