PzBeobWg IV J Cupola - Missing-Lynx - Tapatalk
2021年3月5日 · To my knowledge, no one has come up with exactly how the Beo.wg cupola was fitted to the Pz4 turret roof. The Doyle plans of 1993 show a direct fitting with a slight height increase with a straight collar like the Stug 3. Whereas a photo in PW book seems to indicate a raised base with a broad / wider collar surround like the Miniart kit.

2017年10月25日 · After looking at many period photos of hinged 1-piece Panzer IV cupola hatches, I see that most of them are painted a dark color, whether it’s black, red oxide or some other exterior color, I can’t be sure.
MG34 mount - RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum
2014年9月5日 · There was an MG mount for the PzIII and IV cupola. It was a V shaped bit of steel which could be bolted to the front of the cupola. The MG34 bipod - in a closed position - would then bolt into the end of the 'V' and form a limited traverse mount. It wasn't very common though and wasn't used on a ring so had limited traverse.
Panther D Turret - Ausf A Cupola ? - Missing-Lynx - Tapatalk
2019年7月29日 · Cast cupolas were likely all they had around to refit the turret with and would be a better upgrade for it anyway. Edit: On another note, i've seen quite few of Ausf. D panthers with turrets that likely were built with cast cupolas late 1943 photos... maybe they already had them (those in your photo) but I've seen early Ausf.
