Formerly known as PZ4, Regina was another Project Zorgo member, who left the shadowy organization to join the Spy Ninjas. Along with her unmatched hacking skills, Regina is a master of disguise, with the ability to go undercover and blend in wherever she pleases.

Regina Peña (formerly PZ4), is the fourth Spy Ninja to join the Spy Ninja team. She has also moderate skills at fighting, less strength, and some abilities to sneak and spy, like Vy. She is also currently dating Daniel. She is also the sister of Melvin. Daniel and Regina have known each other since they worked in Project Zorgo.
