Paceship Yachts Limited was a Canadian, and later American, boat builder originally based in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. The company was founded in 1962 and specialized in the design and manufacture of fiberglass sailboats. [1][2]

Paceship began as Industrial Shipping Company Limited of Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, a builder of small plywood speedboats. When the plant was rebuilt after a fire in 1956, it became one of the earliest manufacturer of small fiberglass runabouts and sailboats.
