2018年3月2日 · The Unity project itself is around 2-3GB right now however my .git/objects/pack folder is over 270GB! I have no idea when this came to be but it's ridiculous and I have not found any solution online to reduce this size.

In general, it is frequently more efficient and more performant to store data in pack files than in loose objects, so Git does that in certain cases.

Simply change the file extension from .pack to .zip and unzip it. As simple as that. I did try that both on Windows with 7zip and linux - worked!

Pack files literally replace the copy the file with an actual diff, which means a checkout would require reconstructing the file, rather than simply copying it from the repository into your working directory.
