2013年1月29日 · I have a BMP painted mp5 upper and it looks good to go (never fired it). The only problem I have is that the rear diopter drum has a lot of play in it. I wouldn't pay $1050 for a clone upper with no internals. Also, could someone clarify the orientation of the 3 lug? Should the top lug be in the 12 o'clock position or slightly canted to one side?

2021年12月16日 · The Parkerizing is providing the texture under the paint. The finish doesn't look thick enough on the sharp edges to be powder. It sounds like HK Parkerizes the entire rifle, probably for corrosion resistance in places where tolerances are critical and paint can't reach, then applies paint to the exterior surfaces to get a more attractive finish.
