2016年8月2日 · The Paprosky classification offers a simple categorization of proximal femoral bone loss founded on clinical and biomechanical evidence. However, even with such a system, the severity of bone loss can be underestimated.

髋臼骨缺损 Paprosky分型由美国医生 Paprosky 等于 1994 年提出。 此分型法对 髋臼骨缺失程度、部位 进行评估，有利于指导治疗、选择骨重建方式及髋臼假体（ 图1，表1 ）。

髋关节翻修术髋臼侧重建面临的最主要问题是髋臼骨缺损，其术前评估常采用Paprosky分型、美国骨科医师学会(AAOS)分型、Saleh分型、Gustilo分型及Gross分型等，其中Paprosky和AAOS分型在临床上应用最为广泛。

Paprosky 系统使用术前 X 光片，根据髋臼假体移位程度和髋臼支撑结构（包括前柱和后柱、髋臼上承重关节面和内侧壁）的状态，对髋臼缺损进行分类（表 1 ）。它主要基于 “ 是否存在完整的髋臼边缘及其为植入的髋臼假体提供刚性支撑的能力 ”[11] 。

2024年2月29日 · 不同于其他分型系统依据总体骨丢失进行分型，Paprosky分型系统以解剖结构为基础，对髋臼侧不同结构出现的骨缺损及髋关节旋转中心移位程度作出评估，为髋关节翻修术时髋臼重建所需植骨、内固定方式及内置物选择提供参考。
