1878, at a Diplomatic Conference in Paris in 1880, signed, with an additional Final Protocol, by 11 States 1 at a similar Conference in 1883 and ratified by these States in 1884.2 It entered into force one month after the deposit of the instruments of ratification, on July 7, 1884.
