The PCL-09, exported as CS/SH1, is a Chinese truck-mounted self-propelled howitzer used by the People's Liberation Army Ground Force. The armoured fighting vehicle is developed by Norinco and was first commissioned in 2009 with a 122 mm gun-howitzer using projectiles with a range of 27 km (17 mi) and a firing rate of 6–8 rounds per minute.

The PCL09 is a self-propelled howitzer of Chinese origin. It was developed in the 2000's as a cost-effective design to increase the mobility of existing units using the 122mm PL-96 towed howitzer. As such it replaces towed howitzers in use with infantry formations.

The 8x8 wheeled Type 08 armored vehicle serves as the framework for the PLL-09 self-propelled howitzer. The main armament is 122mm in caliber and this is installed to a traversing turret. Some 350 total examples are kept at-the-ready and the design is consistently featured in PLAGF activities, exercises, and actions.
