When you get turns with no arms alive, obviously, attack Penance. Eventually, Penance's lower half will drop off. At this point, a few things change: - Penance now uses Immolation, not Obliteration. Auto-Potion will still keep your HP up, but it won't heal the Armour Break that Immolation inflicts. You must use Dispel to heal this at some point ...

2005年5月26日 · From all the Penance games I've seen and heard about, the lowest total reached was about 25,000, and a friend of mine reached the highest, which was 37,000. In the particular test game for this guide, I reached 31,000 on the Standard Grid, which is what this guide is based on. However Penance can be beaten with much less than this.

While in Phase 1, Penance has [Auto-Protect]. Once you've done 3,000,000 damage, his 'torso' breaks away and he changes his attack pattern. From then on ("Phase 2"), he only uses Immolation unless both arms are active. - If both arms are active, then he _might_ use Judgment Day. Penance and both of his arms absorb all elements and Holy.

Against things like Dark Anima, and Penance, Quick Hit is going to be vital, which means Celestials, max speed (170+) and high strength (255) are almost mandatory, unless you have extensive knowledge of the game, and its systems. Technically speaking, the whole arena can be beaten relatively easily. It's the later Dark Aeons that don't mess around.

Penance was a judge created by Yu Yevon (Or maybe Shuyin or maybe some random dude) intended to really kick the asses of bad criminals with humor, which was made partly by angered pyreflies.. Criminals was brought on an airship to Penance, and Penance killed them very very painfully. It could go all over Spira, a good bonus.

Im looking for the easy way out. Ive put in so much time and this guy is dismantling me left and right. Im too burnt out to grind an armor for rikku and figure out her mixes. Plus, all the walkthroughs online say you need break hp limit, and I only have 1. I really want to move on to FFX-2, but Im too stubborn to leave this guy alive!
