PENON ASOS+X
Penon ASOS+X is the cable I'd throw at the feet of cable skeptics to challenge the myth all cables sound the same. Few cables can explode stage dimensions, deepen bass, boost dynamics & improve resolution the way this one does, I struggle to think of another cable under $1000 that affects IEMs this much.

2024年7月14日 · Lows and mids benefit from the expanded soundstage, darker background, and denser note weight. It doesn’t colour lows and mids for me but just makes them sound more emphatic in a wide-sounding, vivid soundstage. Imaging is improved along with better clarity among all frequencies.

Bass is greatly improved with more impact & heft, so the Turbos’ BA bass slams almost as hard as a DD.

The Penon ASOS cable has some solid synergy with the few IEMs I paired. The detailing and soundstage exhibit a notable enhancement, making all the subtle nuances more pronounced and clearly audible. There is a marked improvement in the treble region, making this cable perfect for IEMs that lack energy and detail in the upper frequencies.

Up for sale is my barely used PENON ASOS+X IEM cable. I has seem below 2h of usage. Configuration of cable: 2-Pin 0.78mm 4.4mm Balanced with earhook. First owner, directly purchased from Penon - can provide original proof of purchase upon request. I haven't found the right IEM to synergize it with for my tastes, so it's not getting any usage.
