2016年3月23日 · The SF10 uses what is called the DX film coding system. Film cartages have print black sqares on the back side. These allow contacts points on the camera body to read the speed of film being used and allows the light meter to set the shutter and aperture on the camera. For most shooting conditions using colour negative film, this works just fine.

Ten years later, the Pentax MZ-5/ZX-5 was the first Pentax AF film SLR and calling it retro is more fitting in part because film SLRs had adopted DSLR type wheels and buttons AND it had the faux chrome top, unlike the Nikons.

I currently own a Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic that I bought new in '67 or '68 and am thinking about purchsing something a little higher up the food chain.

2024年3月21日 · If you are thinking of getting one of these, then you will end up with one of the finest examples of Pentax film cameras. If you also end up with a KX, MX and LX even better. The K2 was the first bayonet Pentax and came out in 1975, but was short lived because the M series were in the works.

2021年4月19日 · The Pentax A3/A3000 was designed as a beginner's SLR with a built-in winder but otherwise just the bare necessity of features. It has Program and Av auto exposure modes and DX encoding of the film speed. With DX encoded film the photographer's only control over exposure in P and Av modes is a push button that gives +1.5 EV exposure compensation.

2014年10月25日 · This Pentax camera works best with Pentax's own flash units obviously but I found the MZ-50 will work nicely with my Sunpak Auto 36FD flash. One difference compared to ther MZ-30 is that the aperture ring on most lenses don't have to be set to the "A" position-the shutter will release.
