2022年8月30日 · It's not immune to MAP, but an example that comes to mind is the Warg. In 3 actions, without moving, a Warg can Bite, Grab (auto-success if Bite hits), then Swallow Whole. The Swallow Whole check is subject to MAP, but if a PC gets swallowed, that can completely turn a fight in a bad direction.

On the other hand, I really liked the revenant fight - the warg was a reasonable enough first boss, and having him come back as a revenant was fun at the start of the second part, where you get to see him again, but this time its for realsies. 2023年9月1日 · The Warg is just a savage monster who can do a bunch of damage, and if you have a small PC, swallow that MFer whole. It will change the whole pace of combat, especially if you have the Warg try to flee with the swallowed PC still inside, and doubly-so if they don't have a bulk L weapon to try to cut their own way free.
