2020年2月1日 · Our results demonstrate significant cyto- and potential developmental toxicity for all the compounds analyzed, with shared but also distinct mechanisms of toxicity. Moreover, the effects of PFBS and PFHxS were stronger than those of PFBA and PFHxA, but occurred at higher doses compared to PFOS or PFOA.
Legacy and alternative per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances in …
Two short-chain PFAS, PFHpA and PFBS, were detected more often in the 2013–2014 NHANES participants’ serum (CDC, 2019;Ye et al., 2018)) than in their urine. These PFAS have shorter biological persistence than long-chain PFAS.

PFOS. 自2009年以来,全氟辛烷磺酸及其衍生物(PFOS)已被纳入国际《斯德哥尔摩公约》,缔约国应采取措施以消除此物质(注意:对于企业应符合产品销售国家关于持久性有机污染物的国家法 …
Serum Half-Lives for Short- and Long-Chain Perfluoroalkyl Acids …
PFBS showed the shortest half-life {average 44 d [95% confidence interval (CI): 37, 55 d]}, followed by PFHpA [62 d (95% CI: 51, 80 d)]. PFPeS and PFHpS showed average half-lives as 0.63 and 1.46 y, respectively. Branched PFOS isomers had average half-lives ranging from 1.05 to 1.26 y for different isomers.

2021年10月5日 · While global efforts focused on limiting usages of long-chain PFAS such as PFOS and PFOA, the practices of using short-chain PFAS such as perfluorobutanoic acid (PFBA) and perfluorobutane (PFBS) and PFAS alternatives increased substantially. These compounds are also potentially associated with adverse impacts on human health, animals and biota. 1.

2022年3月1日 · PFBA and PFBS were the most abundant PFCAs and PFSAs, respectively. HFPO-DA, along with 6:2 FTS and F–53B, were detected with relatively high abundance. PFBA, PFPeA, 6:2 FTS and F–53B have been broadly used replacements of PFOA and PFOS.
Understanding PFAS Behavior: Analysing Contamination Patterns …
1 天前 · In surface water samples, L_PFBS, 4:2 FTS, 6:2 FTS, and L_PFHpS showed statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) between sites. Perfluorocarboxylic acids were the dominant PFAS class in surface water (50.47–57.15%), whereas perfluorosulfonic acids were more prevalent in sediments. ... PFHpA, and PFHxA, respectively. In this study ...
Perfluorohexanesulfonic acid - Wikipedia
Perfluorohexanesulfonic acid (PFHxS) (conjugate base perfluorohexanesulfonate) is a synthetic chemical compound. It is one of many compounds collectively known as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs). It is an anionic fluorosurfactant and a persistent organic pollutant with bioaccumulative properties.

2025年3月15日 · However, PFBA, PFHxA and PFBS were not detected in serum of First Nation populations in samples collected in 2016-17 [15,16,17]. In the 2013–2014 cycle of the United States National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, small portions of the general population were found to have measurable levels of serum-PFBS and PFHpA (0.6% and 12.6% ...
