Sep 1, 2016 · The linked motherboard is PGA989 and the i3-3310m is PGA988 and the i7-3630Q is also PGA988. I'll do some more digging after you post the full model number, but if that i3 is in there then the i7 should work as well provided the BIOS supports it.
