S-76 in PHI Inc helicopter service. Serials, bases and units.

On January 4, 2009, at 1409 Central Standard Time (CST), a Sikorsky S-76C++ helicopter, N748P, registered to and operated by PHI, Inc. (PHI), as a 14 CFR Part 135 air taxi flight using day visual flight rules (VFR), crashed into marshy terrain approximately 7 minutes after takeoff and 12 miles southeast of the departure heliport.

2018年1月12日 · HeliJet signed the letter of intent with PHI to source and prepare the six new helicopters. The first three Sikorskys will be prepared at PHI’s Lafayette, Louisiana, facility and delivered in the first and second quarters of 2018. The S76s will be flying on general charter operations across Canada.
