Phina (Japanese: フィーナ Feena) is a dancer that first appears in Book 2 of Mystery of the Emblem and appears again in its DS remake. Phina was part of a performing group, but she got lost and was ambushed by thieves. Navarre came to her rescue, however. Recruitment: Chapter 7, automatically from the start.

Phina is a supporting character of Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem and its remake; Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem. She is a dancer from Port Warren who was lost on a forest with bandits but was rescued by Navarre.

Phina is very useful, also use her in the same way so that others can attack more, although it doesn't really matter how many you leave behind as long as you send Marth to take the castle to finish before they attack you.

FE3. Phina is our first dancer in the series and she sets up the design philosophy that other games in the series will follow. Phina can fight and use a sword, but she's quite bad at fighting, so you instead use her so she can dance for your units and after she uses her dance your units get another action in the same turn.

In FE3, Phina was able to use the Rapier and that's why she can use the Rapier here. It might be hinting that she's some sort of royalty but we don't learn if that's the case in any of the games. She is a secondary character, but in FE3 she also can use Rapier along with Marth. As others have already said, she could use the Rapier in FE3.
