The Pima Cycle Breaker Program is committed to assisting justice-involved adolescents and young adults in becoming successful, lifelong contributing members of Pima County and society. In conjunction with many quality community partners and organizations, Pima Cycle Breaker provides pathways to education, employment, and support services.

Pima Street Bicycle offers an assortment of parts, accessories and expert bicycle repair for all makes and models by certified mechanics. We treat every project with the respect it deserves, and don't stop until you are satisfied.

Potoff is making a significant impact in the lives of young people through programs like the Pima County School Superintendent’s Cycle Breaker. Second quarter 2023 PCB had thirteen students complete 10 hours of NRF Rise Up Retail job skills training. Upon completion, they received a $250 stipend through a grant from the City of Tucson.

The Pima Cycle Breaker Program empowers lifelong success among youth and young adults by offering educational pathways, skills-based training, apprenticeships, jobs placements and needs-driven wraparound services (including housing, transportation, food and tuition).

Pima Cycle Breaker, in conjunction with a multitude of quality community partners and organizations, provides pathways to an educational diploma, GED, or certification, in addition to a variety of support services, and employment training and placement opportunities.

Pima Cycle Breaker assists Pima County youth and adults by reengaging them with job placements, wrap-around services, and support in helping them achieve an educational degree or certification.

Visitors and Pima County residents can enjoy The Loop on foot, bikes, skates, and horses. The Loop became "a real loop" in January 2018, when the County completed a connection on the south bank of the Rillito River Park between Glenn Street and Tanque Verde Road that connected the Rillito to the Pantano River Park.
