It's 2020, the fewer the key strokes to do what I need to do, the better. Major reduction in points if you make me use my mouse. Enable CTRL+C shortcut for copying the PIN.

2024年2月7日 · Had to get a new phone and now cannot connect to PingID because I didn’t disconnect my past phone. Since my last phone is dead, it’s impossible to do. How do I make it recognize the app on my new phone?

Deleting the PingID app from your device does not automatically unpair the device within PingOne. The device must be manually removed in the PingOne Console by a PingOne administrator. After this step has been completed, the end user will receive a QR code after authenticating to register their new device.

If the PingID service is unreachable, after first factor authentication the user receives a QR code on an offline authentication screen. After scanning the QR code on their mobile, the mobile app displays a 6 digit authentication code. This code is valid for a one time use.
