The objective of this study was to determine if an immediate physician-modified endovascular graft (PMEG) is a safe and effective method for treating juxtarenal aortic aneurysms in patients deemed unsuitable for traditional open surgical repair or who, while presenting in an urgent fashion, cannot wait for entry into a clinical trial.
