I purchased a Polk Audio sound bar from Dish Network. I loved it! I now longer have Dish and my sound bar no longer works. Model # DSB1 SOUND BAR, Serial #AM95200517A8523. Am I just out the $75 I spent? Or can I get this to hook up to my Cox TV box?

Yes, Bluetooth in the Polk sound bars is an input so you can stream music from your phone to your bar. It is not an output. If you want to stream audio from your TV, try getting a bluetooth transmitter and plugging it into your TV's headphone jack.

Polk React soundbar turns volume up by itself randomly
I had the same problem a couple of times, but thought I was imagining it. Also my Alexa volume is extremely low and I cant get it corrected even after resetting the bar (i.e. cannot raise her volume). I have a question in the queue on this topic, I wonder if it's related to the volume turning up randomly. Ghost in the machine!
Polk Magnifi Sound Bar suddenly stopped working
The sub's green light starts to blink and after about 20 seconds the sound bar stops blinking while the sub keeps blinking. After waiting about 10-15 seconds the sound bar starts blinking again and after about 20 seconds the sound bar and the sub's green lights stay lit and stop blinking, indicating they should be connected. Nothing from the sub!
Polk Magnifi Inconsistent Audio Level
I have a similar issue with the SB1+. Mine is fine when it has a stereo input, but when I have a dolby/multichannel input, then the sound mix is strange and not useable. The voices are very clear and loud and the background music and sound effects are muffled are very faint. I've been very dissapointed. I can basically only use stereo input.

I happened to notice on the back of the player a slot for a optical audio cable. I plugged the Polk cable in that then made sure the speakers on the television and the player were turned off. Lo and behold, I got sound from the sound bar. The player's remote will control the sound level.
