Also, people seem to think that the healthier you eat, the tastier the poop is and the better it smells, but thats actually the complete opposite. Vegans have the smelliest shits ever and they taste horrible.

Okay so I've actually done a lot of reading on eating poop. I know I know gross but listen I work at a psychiatric hospital and had a client eat his own poop at different times throughout his entire life even when he was doing well. I had to try to convince outpatient programs it wasn't a big deal.

We figured it'd go away eventually as he learned that he was being fed and wouldn't go hungry but it persisted. We took him to the vet and the vet stated that he was fine, his exams were good and we should worry if he starts eating his own poop but he never does.

Some people poop much less frequently than others. I average just under a week which isn't great but I've spoken extensively about it with my doctor (well several actually) and she wasn't especially concerned about 3+ days between movements.
