Sprau® Germinated Split Beans are well known for their nutritional benefits. They are are naturally high in protein, while the dietary fiber content is over 5% even without the hull. Beans also contain high amounts of vitamin B, such as folate, and a whole range of minerals, like iron, potassium and magnesium.

Ölet Bean Me Up möjliggörs av Viking Malts satsning på åkerböna. Den har roterats in i växtföljden på kornodlingar, och sedan förädlats under varumärket ”Sprau”, och nu används den för första gången i ölbryggning i Sverige i samarbete med Poppels Bryggeri.
