The Point Wilson Light is an active aid to navigation located in Fort Worden State Park near Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington. [3] It is one of the most important navigational aids in the state, overlooking the entrance to Admiralty Inlet , the waterway connecting the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Puget Sound .

You can visit the lighthouse, too. Weekend tours resume in the spring.

Jul 4, 2019 · Seeing Point Wilson Lighthouse is beautiful when you’re coming in to Port Townsend by ferry, whale boat or other boat. At low tide it’s beautiful to walk around the point in the beach. It is an historic 1914 Lighthouse which is no longer in use. It would be wonderful to see it renovated and in use again. Lots of rocks and beach to explore.
