The Feywild is like any other plane. You can get to it via portals, planeshift, astral projection, etc. I prefer to run the DMG’s rule of random time differences. At my table, the only ways to avoid the temporal difference is by being native to the Feywild or by making a deal with a knowledgeable and influential Fey.
