2009年10月30日 · My cat Billy has a really big pot belly and it is firm, I took him to the vets thinking there was something wrong but he is 100% healthy, if you are concerned then you should take her back to the vets but imo like humans all cats are different, I think my cat just puts more weight on around his belly than anywher else.x

I remember reading (maybe here) that prednisolone can present with a swollen belly. So my question is: How severe can this get? Because she’s pretty swolen.

How long does it usually take to fully cure the worms, and for the belly to go back to normal size? Overall, my question is what is the process to cure the kitten of worms (steps and duration), and how do I know she is cured (that the worms are gone)?

2013年3月4日 · Could the stress of wanting to be let out just about every day be the reason he's losing small amounts of fur on his belly? It's getting to the point where he's got a couple of small bare spots, one of which looked pink and felt dry in the middle. He won't let me take a closer look.

2014年10月28日 · Update: The kitten just finished his coccidia treatment, and I decided to try worming him just one last time before going to the vet with this problem. I gave the wormer last night, and this morning, the kittens belly had gone down to almost normal! It did go back up after eating, but still not nearly as bad as it was!.
