2019年4月22日 · For example, on one chart I only want to select rows 1-4 (out of 9) - so I go into "Edit data" and uncheck rows 5-9 - the chart displays fine. But then if I want to change some data, as soon as I click "Edit data" again, it automatically checks every box so that all data from 1-9 is displaying (rather than just the 4 numbers I selected).

OR. 2) Create a new folder and copy the presentation and Excel files into it, then zip up the original XL files so PPT can no longer find them. Update the XL files in the new folder.
