The prostatic utricle (Latin for "small pouch of the prostate") is a small indentation in the prostatic urethra, at the apex of the urethral crest, on the seminal colliculus (verumontanum), laterally flanked by openings of the ejaculatory ducts.

The prostatic utricle is a small, epithelium-lined diverticulum of the prostatic urethra. It is located between the ejaculatory ducts where these ducts enter the urethra. It is a developmental remnant of the Müllerian ducts which generate the female reproductive tract.
