Project Long Shadow is the sixth mission in the Yellow Zone area in Prototype 2. After briefing with Col. Rooks, in disguise, Heller infiltrates a Gentek facility, and discovers the purpose of "Phase One": experiments to extract the DNA of a Hydra, and inject living subjects with it.
